Steak night at the Watermill

Steak Festival - Wednesday 4th March 2009 starts at 6.30pm
Choose your steak and our butcher Paul from Lakeland Speciality Foods,
will cut it fresh in front of you on a butchers block.
Rib eye, rump, sirloin or fillet steaks all hung for 21 days from our own herd
of cows on my brother-in-laws (Philip) National Trust farm, reared 1 mile away
on the spent malt grains from our own on site microbrewery.
